CBIC has waived late fees for delayed filing of GSTR-4 for F.Y. 19-20 from 1^st November, 2020 to 31^st December, 2020 for registered person whose principal place of business is in the Union Territory of Ladakh vide Notification No. 93/2020 – Central Tax dated 22^nd December, 2020.
