CBDT has notified the jurisdiction of specified CIT(A)s along with their headquarters to adjudicate appeals arising from search, requisition and survey cases, including connected penalty matters, u/s 246A and 248 of the Act, with effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

CBDT provides recognition to “New Okhla Industrial Development Authority’ (PAN- AAALN0120A)”, for tax exemption u/s 10(46) of the Income tax Act.

Notification No. 171/2025 Dtd. 15.12.2025

CBDT provides recognition to “Punjab Urban Planning And Development Authority” (PAN- AAALP0045J)”, for tax exemption u/s 10(46A)(b) of the Income tax Act.
