Revised GST Rates
GST Rates are revised in the 47th GST Council Meeting held in Chandigarh headed by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Following is the list of what got Cheaper and what got Costlier.
GST Compensation Cess
Some states demanded an extension of GST compensation to states for a few more years, however, the Council has taken no decision on extending beyond this month the compensation paid to states for revenue lost from the implementation of GST.
