GST NEWS BULLETIN
CBIC has issued an instructions kit related to sanction, post-audit, and review of refund claims
CBIC vide Instruction No. 3/2022-GST dated 14th June, 2022 instructs GST officials to upload speaking order along with GST Refund sanction order form in Form GST RFD-06.
CBIC urges taxpayers to file their monthly GST returns for May by 20th June as delay would lead to a late fee and interest liability
The tax authority specifically reminded taxpayers who have not subscribed to the quarterly return filing scheme as well as online service providers to file their monthly tax return.
