Key court ruling on GST Registration cancellation
In the case of M/S. Sanjay Sales India vs. Principal Commissioner of Department of Trade and Taxes, NCT of Delhi (W.P. (C) 10234/2024), the Delhi High Court, on July 26, 2024, ruled that the process of GST registration cancellation is independent of any pending tax liabilities.
