Extension Of Due Date For Submission Of Online Applications Under MEIS

MCI vide notification no. 53 dt. 01.02.2022 has further extended the last date of submitting online applications under MEIS (for export made in the period 1.4.2020 to 31.12.2020) and 2% additional ad hoc incentive (for export made in the period 1.1.2020 to 31.3.2020) to April 30. Also, the last date for submitting online applications under ROSCTL (for exports made in the period 7.3.2019 to 31.12.2020) and ROSL (for exports made up to 6.3.2019) has been extended till March 15, 2022.

The office of the Commissioner of the State Tax, Maharashtra State, vide Internal Circular No. 04A of 2022 dated March 02, 2022 has issued guidelines for issuance of FORM GST DRC-07 in case of detention of vehicles under EWB provisions.
