Trademarks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trademarks Act 1999 (TM Act)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Process of Trademark Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make an application for trademark registration.<\/li><li>Once registration is done the \u201cOfficial Examination Report \u201c is send by the trademark registry for confirmation.<\/li><li>After acceptance of an application, it is published in Trademark Journal.<\/li><li>Application will be open for objections for four months.<\/li><li>After allprocesses, the trademark certificate is issued by the trademark registry.<\/li><li>The renewable term of registration of a trademark is 10 years.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Patent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Patents Act 1970<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Process of Patent registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Applyfor Patent Registration and get it numbered.<\/li><li>Request publication and it will be published within one month.<\/li><li>Request examination within 48 months from the dates of filing of an application.<\/li><li>A Patent is open for opposition for one year from the date of advertisement.<\/li><li>The validity of the patent is twenty years from the date of Registration.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Copyright<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Copyrights Act 1957<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Process of Copyrights registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Apply with complete details and submit to the copyright office.<\/li><li>Application will be open for 30 days for objection from the date of application.<\/li><li>If no objection is raised the registration will be issued by the copyright office.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Design<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Design Act 2000<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Process of Design registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make the application with all required documents and submit it to the design wing of the patent office.<\/li><li>After acceptance of an application, it will be notified in the patent office journal after that the design will be valid for 10 years from the date of registration.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
